Winner of Bangkok Post “My Bangkok” Photo Contest

Last month i joined the Bangkok Post “My Bangkok” Photo contest, submitting one of my favorite street shots “Hua Lampong train station”. The prize was an Ipad mini and there were two different categories. 1 was Editors choice and the other Peoples choice. My photograph won the Peoples choice which generated over 4000 Likes!

Shutterstocks Annual Design Trends

Shutterstock is a great place to get Vector, Photo and Illustration stock files, including videos. Personally i have used shutter stock more then one occasion for Vector files and Illustrations, and recently used it to buy stock video footage for projects and assignments. It’s not always easy to find what you are looking for as their library is simply just HUGE!

The attached image is Shutterstocks 2013 annual design trends. Whats hot and whats not, whats rising and what people are avoiding. A great tool to see whats happening in the Multimedia and Design world.

This is a great way to keep update with whats going and quickly refresh your creative mind before going on and reading your favorite Graphic Design magazine or e-books.

My very first photography exhibition was held in a printing and graphic design studio called Tamellini in Verona, Italy.

So today while at work a friend sent me a link which re directed to a Sony giveaway on Facebook, and they were giving away the Sony RX1, the world first full frame compact camera. A great marketing scheme on Sony’s side, but also a great prize for who ever gets picked at the end of their campaign.
